As a Travel Operations Agent, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth and exceptional experiences to our clients, from hotel bookings to flight coordination and local activities. You’ll be part of a multicultural team that values precision, communication, and creativity in every journey we create.
You’ll manage travel operations from start to finish, ensuring every client enjoys a stress-free experience with SafarDream’s signature reliability and care.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookings (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) from start to finish
- Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Check availability and confirm services promptly
- Update client files and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain excellent communication with partners and clients
Must Have
- Oganized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using French and/or English at work
- Proficient with office tools or booking platforms
- Good customer service and problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Amadeus or other GDS tools
- Experience working with online travel agencies (OTAs)
- Familiarity with Odoo or CRM systems
- Additional languages (Spanish, Turkish, etc.)
